Delivery

Bell Workwear offers a next day delivery service throughout mainland United Kingdom, for all items that are in stock. We will inform you straight away if the item you require is not in stock.

Prices

• Free delivery on all orders over £62.50 (ex vat)
• £7.50 charge if under £62.50

Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands). All deliveries must be signed for except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox.

Dispatch

If you order after 3.00pm, the order will be considered as the next working day for despatch.

Returns

Naturally, we want you to be delighted with every product you order from us. Therefore Bell Workwear will take back any goods with a manufacturing fault for replacement or a full refund.

To return goods, please contact sales on 01634 567 570 or email sales@bellworkwear.com. Please note, for any other products (i.e. non faulty returns), the goods must be received from the customer in merchantable condition, and the customer agrees to pay an administrative handling charge of 10% of the invoice value of the goods returned with a minimum charge of £13.80 (price including the vat) if collected by Bell Workwear Limited.

It would help if goods which are being returned to us for examination prior to replacement, are thoroughly cleaned and adequately packed before despatch.
